What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently I only accept Cash or Card. Unfortunately, I no longer accept cheques.

Where are you based and what are your opening hours?

My salon is based in Knaphill - click here for a map. Loopy Hair is open Monday - Friday 8:30am to 10pm and Saturdays from 9am - 4pm. Some Sunday's may be available with prices on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will mean having to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to book future appointments.

Do you charge for consultations?

Although you would need to book an appointment for a consultation, they are free of charge.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we have gift vouchers available in all denominations.

Do you charge for Fringe Trims?

No, all Loopy Hair clients will get fringe trims for free!

What products do you use?

Highlights are done using foil for best results.
L'Oreal - Majirel, Majiblonde, Majirouge, Majicontrast, Pure Platinum, Luo & Innoa.
* PLEASE NOTE: Skin Tests will be required for all new clients at least 48 hours before any on-scalp colour services

Do you do colour correction?

Yes, however, these are a complicated service and I will base my solution on a case by case basis - which means you must have a consultation and the price will be according to the treatment. It might be the case that a course of hair treatments is needed before the correction takes place - please be assured that I always advise based on what is best for your hair.
